The Girl behind the blog

After 4 amazing months in Denmark, I am coming back to France again, so good to be home for Christmas after so much time away from home.
That what is actually the most difficult when studyng abroad, being away from you family, friends, your daily habits...
I am going back to Copenhagen end of February that will give me enough time to get used to France again that makes even harder to come back abroad.

Anyway, I want to make the most of this one-month break to enjoy French people and parties and to finally blog my trip in Eastern Europe!

Till then, Merry Xmas to all.

The Doll House!

With the girls we call it The Doll House, it is a very pretty café in the middle of the City center as a result a great place to stop by when you are doing shopping.
The surname we attributed to it is due to the decoration and all the magic involved in such a small place.

You can order special teas, served in fancy dolly cups, hot chocolates, coffees AND cakes...

TO TRY!

Playing Seriously!

Some weeks ago already, I went to the Vitra exhibition. That was a great experience knowing about the vitra Campus and the designers that were involved in the projects.

The exhibition took place in the Architecture center close to the Black Diamond:

"Danish Architecture Center considers Vitra to be an outstanding example of how a visionnary and architecture collage - instead of a streamlined industrial building scheme - can be used to inspire and motivate employees, generate economic value, attract customers and teh public and thereby create an original and sustainable company identity."

This is the Vitra Campus designed by Herzog & De Meuron

There was also a concept that I particularly appreciated. When you enter, you receive a small pocket and at each site you can rip off explanation sheets that you insert in your pocket making it a book that you can bring back home: clever.

Getting you dancing!

I went out yesterday at Simons.
From now I can declare it as the best club in Copenhagen. And believe me I am more than difficult to please concerning venues.
Speaking about parties, I realise I didn't post that much about it (will do).

Actually I love partying like crazy but I need a place that is rather random, stylish and not common. I like good but not commercial music, Djs playing electro, minimal electro and oldies.

IT HAS TO BE SPECIAL!

Going out for me has to be an experience in itself otherwise I can get bored very easily.

That was the case at Simons yesterday.
